He is also owner and operator of Appleton Rock School, where he helps students develop musical skills, confidence, and stage presence. Jason’s work focuses on creativity, education, performance, and building community-centered opportunities for students and artists.
Sometimes they just need the right stage, the right encouragement, and someone who knows how to turn up the volume.
Jason Helling
Facilities Management
Jason Helling is a real estate professional and facilities leader who will be managing facility operations at the Winnebago Campus of Science and Arts, located at WinnebagoCampus.com. With experience in property management, leasing, vendor coordination, marketing, and client service, Jason brings a practical, hands-on approach to keeping the campus organized, functional, and ready for educational, artistic, athletic, business, and community use.
Believes every building has a story, but the right people, planning, and purpose are what bring that story back to life.
John Dougherty
Theater Operations, and Event Promotions
John Dougherty will serve as Director of Theater Operations, Events, and Promotions at the Winnebago Campus of Science and Arts, located at WinnebagoCampus.com. With experience connected to Life Promotions and Lifest, John brings a strong background in live events, music, promotion, audience engagement, and community programming. His role will focus on activating the campus theater and event spaces through concerts, performances, educational programs, and community events.
John knows the real magic of an event usually happens before the doors ever open.
Jim Collar
Public Relations, Media & Branding
Jim Collar will serve as Director of Public Relations, Media, and Branding at the Winnebago Campus of Science and Arts, located at WinnebagoCampus.com. With a background in communications, writing, brand storytelling, and public messaging, Jim will help shape how the campus is presented to the community, media, tenants, event organizers, and future visitors. His role will focus on building awareness, strengthening the campus brand, and sharing the story of a growing destination for education, arts, science, events, and community use.
It is about telling the right story, in the right voice, so people immediately understand why a place matters.
